Lots has happened over the past couple of weeks! The engineered wood flooring was laid throughout downstairs and the office – it looks amazing, we are so happy with it!
The skirting and architrave has also been fitted throughout the house, we went for a 56mm angled shape, which flows really nicely from skirting, round the doors.
The kitchen delivery and appliance deliveries also took place last week. We had a bit of a panic when the kitchen delivery had 9 items out of 39 missing! But it was delivered yesterday so now all of it is here, ready for the installation to begin tomorrow 😁
The sink is a gorgeous black granite by abode, and our pendant light has arrived too, ready to be installed over the breakfast bar area.
We also had the stair spindles replaced, they’re a very simple square design, which makes them look much more modern. I’ve given the existing handrails a sand and paint with anthracite grey.
We have started to pack as it’s only 4 weeks until moving day!!!!!!! We bought the house on 14th December 2019, I can’t explain how exciting it is that we actually have a move in date now!!!!!!
I think that’s everything up to date – can’t wait to see the kitchen in place this coming week 😍
