It’s been a couple of weeks since I last posted and lots has happened!
We’ve ordered everything we need for the kitchen now, everything’s arriving next week, ready for the kitchen fit from 28th September
We now have the spotlights fitted throughout the house which is useful because the evenings are getting darker! They make the rooms so bright and really feel homely!
We had 110 metres of skirting and architrave delivered, which was primed, but needed painting, so I did that last week over a few days. I’ve only done one coat as we will do the final coat once it’s all in place.
We also had delivery of our Quooker tap, which is very exciting, definitely one of our splurge items, they are expensive but they look incredible and I think it will certainly be worth the money!
We have also had the new bath panels delivered, we have chosen a grey mdf which should bring a bit of colour to the white bathroom. We are hoping to get the bathroom completley redone within a year so it’s just a temporary refresh for now, but should still look good!
I’ve been continuing to purchase plants 😂 here are the most recent purchases…
I’ve also spent a lot of time obtaining quotes and designing our new front door which is so exciting but I had no idea how expensive they are! We’ve chosen it now but it will probably not be fitted until after we’ve moved in..this is the design..
I think that’s everything for now, the wood floor is being fitted as we speak, which is a huge step for us! Then next week lots of jobs will be done so expect some major updates then!! Xxx
