We ordered the kitchen this evening, very exciting! We’ve chosen to use a company called DIY kitchens, which is fantastic quality at such a good price!! They have a 10% price increase from tomorrow so it was a mad rush to get the plans fully finalised!
We have also been looking at cabinet handles, we had already chosen one a few weeks ago, but it’s £450 for the 30 handles we need, which I think is a bit too much for handles? I’m not sure I can justify that??!
We’ve found some similar ones which would be £40 in total!!!!!! Which I feel I can cope better with, so we’ve ordered samples of both to compare the quality and see if it’s really worth paying so much more…
Maybe it will be worth it, the more expensive ones ARE gorgeous, I have to admit!!! They’re only about 6cm long so quite a small detail, but I know it can make a big difference to the overall look of the kitchen…
We also chose our quartz worktop, we are going for Unistone Carrara Misterio (Polished) which looks gorgeous 😍 sample pictured below..
I stumbled across some white marble coasters in Aldi last weekend which match perfectly and were only £3 for 2.. I love a bargain!
