Final wall removed!

So I’ve been away from home this past few days & it was such an amazing surprise to see that the boiler cupboard in the 2nd bedroom has now gone!

We didn’t feel like the cupboard was a good use of space so we’ve decided to change from a conventional boiler with tank, to a combi boiler, so that means the tank can go!!

Just knocking this wall down has opened up the bedroom so much, it had such a big impact when I saw it, such a small thing has made such a big difference!

Now we need to get someone in to remove the tank & the 2 cold water tanks in the loft room & fit the new combi boiler.

Now the doorway will be here, so you walk straight into the room instead of the doorway being on the right

So exciting!! That’s the final wall to be removed, so now we need to remove all of the carpets and I still need to keep wallpaper stripping…..then sand all the walls down so then the house will be ready for the rebuilding/plastering to begin! And we can get this tank removed & change the boiler 😁 xx
